THE TERMS
Ideally this is a lease-takeover with a collaborative turn-key deal, meaning the new tenant would take over most of the materials, machines and supplies in the studio.
3,200 per month
2 year minimum lease (up to 4 remaining years on the lease)
Can transfer insurance & utilities to new lease holder
Turn-key deal for machines & materials (negotiable in addition to lease)
